Bottega Veneta Fall 2018 Ready To Wear.

MILAN — Another month and we have some more not so good news for French house Bottega Veneta. Last month, DM Fashion Book reported that after 17 years, Tomas Maier has left the luxury house (see it here). Daniel Lee was appointed Bottega Veneta‘s new creative director, effective July 1.

The latest news surrounding Bottega Veneta is that the Kering – owned brand will skip the runway in September.

Lee will make his debut for Bottega Veneta on the catwalk in Milan next February.

The Italian luxury company won’t host a runway show to present its spring 2019 collection, the first designed by Lee.

Bottega Veneta will present its spring 2019 collection to buyers at its Milanese showroom. Gucci will also be skipping Milan Fashion Week this season. The brand will decamp from Milan to unveil its spring 2019 collection in Paris on Sept. 24 (see it here).
