Rihanna’s Fenty Hair Is Coming
UNITED STATES — R&B singer, pop star, beauty mogul, fashion designer, style icon, businesswoman and philanthropist Robyn Fenty, also known by her stage name Rihanna is expanding her Fenty beauty into hair.
The entrepreneur recently filed a trademark for “Fenty Hair,” according to the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The line could include items such as clips, barrettes, scrunchies, wigs, curlers, “elastic bands for hair binding,” “decorative articles for the hair,” hairbrushes, hair extensions and combs, among many others.
The trademark was filed under Rihanna’s company, Roraj Trade LLC, with Scott J. Slavik as the attorney on record.
At the time of this post, no other details regarding Fenty Hair have been revealed.
The hair Industry has grown drastically in the USA with billions of dollars being spent on hair and beauty products.
A hair line for Fenty would mark Rihanna’s latest venture for her widely successful and popular Fenty brand. That empire currently includes Fenty Beauty, lingerie line Savage x Fenty and Fenty Skin.
Both Rihanna’s beauty and lingerie lines have been met with broad commercial and critical success — fans have commended both lines for their inclusivity, for featuring a wide array of shades and sizes, respectively.
In 2017, when Riri launched Fenty Beauty (see it here), she sought to create a cosmetics company that made “women everywhere (feel) included.” According to Forbes, “The beauty line has helped her enter one of the world’s most exclusive ranks: Billionaire.”
