UNITED KINGDOM English professional footballer and activist Marcus Rashford is having an incredible year. He recently covered the September 2020 issue of Edward Enninful‘s British Vogue (see it here), became an MBE for his successful campaigning for free school meal vouchers, the 22-year-old is now the face (and body) of the new Nike Underwear campaign.

Earlier this year when schools across the U.K. were closing due to COVID-19, Rashford campaigned for school meals to continue regardless, to ensure children weren’t at risk of going hungry. The Manchester United striker then penned a letter to MPs and successfully convinced the government to extend its free school meal voucher scheme.

Rashford — who is now campaigning for a further extension after its initial rejection — now finds himself as the face of Nike Underwear’s latest advertisement. Fitted with the brand’s DRI-FIT technology, alongside a 4-way stretch material, each garment’s sweat-wicking technology and flat seaming is designed to prevent chafing.

Available now from the brand’s webstore, Nike Underwear’s latest release retails between $25 – $40 USD.
