Standout Fashion Moments From The 2021 NBA Draft And It’s Phenomenal

NEW YORKUNITED STATES — The 2021 NBA Draft took place last Thursday at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn at 8 ET. The draft aired on ABC/ESPN/ESPN+.

Besides seeing these young, talented men dreams come true, one of the best things about watching the draft is the fashion. This was the first in-person draft in about a year. The 2020 draft was virtual due to the worldwide spread of the coronavirus.

The return of in-person draft also means the return of a great night of fashion. These young superstars in the making did not disappoint.

The player stepped out in shiny blazers, tailored and oversized suits, bell bottoms, loafers, sneakers, dark sunglasses, expensive Hublot watches and more.

No. 1 overall pick Cade Cunningham, who was selected by the Detroit Pistons decided to go with an understated all-black suit and shirt. The shirt has a satin stripe and his shoes are studded Christian Louboutins.

The No. 2 overall pick Jalen Green showed up in a gray suit with silver pinstripes and a white lace shirt. His pants were bell bottoms.

Jonathan Kuminga opted for a bold, orange suit. The asymmetrical blazer was intentional buttoned wrong. His outfit was completed with a pair of black Ferragmo loafers.

Scottie Barnes styled in an all-white monochromatic suit with a turtleneck. The blazer featured a flower pattern. Barnes also had a massive, bejeweled flower pin on his lapel.

Kai Jones was selected as the 19th overall pick by the New York Knicks. He looked elegant in a pink satin suit with a white button-up shirt. His outfit was finished with s pair of loafers.

Joshua Christopher, who was selected as the number 24 overall pick by the Houston Rockets looked very stylish in a black and white ensemble by Dapper Dan and Sloan and Bennett. His look was accessorized with Bose sunglasses and a Hublot watch.

Jalen Suggs was selected fifth overall by the Orlando Magic. He styled a sparkly all-silver suit with a pair of black loafers.

The ninth overall pick by the Sacramento Kings, Davion Mitchell wore designer layers head-to-toe: an Amiri suit jacket, Brioni shirt, Saint Laurent pants, Ferragamo belt and Christian Louboutin loafers.

Cam Thomas was drafted by the Brooklyn Nets. He looked dapper in an Indochino suit.

Day’ron Sharpe wore looked very fashionable in a tailored Indochino suit.

Isaiah Jackson showed up in an amazing black and white suit. He was selected 22nd overall by the Los Angeles Lakers.

Josh Giddey looked well-dressed in a navy blue suit. He was the sixth overall pick by the Oklahoma Thunder.

Atlanta Hawks newest draftee Sharife Cooper was drippy in a black suit, outlined in crystal. His suit was accessorized with a crystal bow-tie and Givenchy sunglasses.

Evan Mobley rocked a gorgeous sea-foam green power suit and a pair of black and white loafers.

Moses Moody, the 14th overall pick kept it stylish in an all-black suit which featured a sew in iconic image of the Biv 10 Pee Wees. Moody was drafted by the Warriors.

Jalen Johnson looked clean in an all white suit, styled with pair loafers.

Kyree Walker also looked dapper in a three-piece navy-blue suit.
