Today, the NBA looks like the 80s designer logo era, 90s mink coats era, the 2010s Hip-Hop wide-brimmed hats, dark sunglasses era, oversized suits, and minimalist jewelry adorned by Michael Jordan in the 90s, and the braids, tattoos, and baggy sweats worn by Allen Iverson in the early 2000s. The relationship between style and basketball has evolved over the last decade and a half, with players becoming fashion models and style icons. They’re snatching fashion endorsements back-to-back and are also sitting front row at fashion shows around the world.
