Amandla Stenberg Is The New Face Of Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty

PARIS, FRANCE — Actress and activist Amandla Stenberg is now a member of Rihanna‘s Fenty Beauty.

The actress, 20, is modeling for the LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE, better known as LVMH owed makeup brand as its first-ever celebrity ambassador.

“The Hate U Give” star said of the announcement, “I wanted to become a part of the Fenty Family because it’s one of the few beauty brands that make me feel like myself! Fenty Beauty’s whole ethos makes me feel empowered and excited to let different facets of myself shine.” She added via her Instagram caption, “Thank u for having me @fentybeauty. BEAUTY FOR ALL and more to come.”

The brand also shared the news on its own Instagram account, writing in the caption, “Guess who just joined the #FENTYFAMILY as the newest exclusive ambassador for #FENTYBEAUTY?!” adding, “We’re so excited to have you, #AmandlaStenberg! Big things coming, and they ain’t even know it!”

Stenberg, who has consistently been an outspoken voice in Hollywood on topics ranging from racism and sexuality to cultural appropriation, is a perfect fit for the cosmetics company that’s equally focused on issues of diversity and inclusion.
