UNITED STATES: Even though, black people, rappers and the inner cities are excluded from the conversations when it comes to fashion, there is no denying that they’re trendsetters and are often imitated by other cultures.

I remember back when luxury houses did not want to market themselves to the inner cities and Hip-Hop culture, now so many high end brands entire runway collection looks like pricey streetwear, that were created in the urban areas.

Thanks to the late great Virgil Abloh, some of Louis Vuitton’s best pieces are now streetwear and rappers are currently styling in looks from the Paris-based house.

Hip-Hop artists Lil Baby and Moneybagg Yo were both spotted in some of the same Louis Vuitton pieces.

They had on a Louis Vuitton × Yayoi Kusama Psychedelic Red Blouson Jacket and Louis Vuitton LV Skate Red Sneakers.

This varsity blouson from the exclusive Louis Vuitton x Yayoi Kusama collaboration features the artist’s Psychedelic Flower motif, appearing on graphic blue embroidered patches on the warm red wool body. Contrasting white leather sleeves feature an embossed allover Monogram, while a red and white ribbed knit brings a smart finish to the waist and cuffs. An embroidered Louis Vuitton on the left chest adds a final signature.

The LV Skate sneaker references a Nineties-inspired design first seen at Louis Vuitton‘s Fall-Winter 2022 men’s show. Its elaborate, bicolor upper with Monogram Flower detailing combines technical mesh, calf leather and suede. This model is notable for its padded collar, technical double laces and bicolor rubber outsole decorated with Monogram Flowers.

Lil Baby styled his jacket and sneakers with a pair of Chrome Hearts Blue Cross Patch Jeans and Goyard Belvedere PM Sky Blue Bag.

Moneybagg Yo opted for a Louis Vuitton Soho Exclusive Red Everyday Logo Monogram Hat and Amiri White Stack Jeans with his jacket and sneakers.
