UNITED KINGDOM — Intentional e-retailer boohooMAN has announced their second collaboration with multi-platinum-selling rapper Quavo, 1/3 of the rap group Migos.

The 27-year-old Atlanta-native and online retailer are joining forces once again, releasing season 2 of the boohooMAN x Quavo collection featuring a total of 100 new pieces that take on Quavo‘s eccentric sartorial leanings. “The success of the first drop was huge,” says boohooMAN CEO Samir Kamani. “After persistent demand from our consumers and Huncho’s fans, Quavo and I knew we had to drop a part 2.”

The new, wide-ranging assortment was creatively led by Quavo and remains in the streetwear world while technicolor garments boast eye-catching graphics, eclectic typography and reimagined silhouettes. “Quavo has a really distinctive style, so despite the majority of it being striking, it is ultimately all very wearable, which is what we do best,” explains head of design Shane Chin. Bringing it back to Los Angeles, the home of the first collaboration, Quavo and boohooMAN are furthering the partnership with elevated concepts that take on a creative narrative. Pastel hues were informed by the work of LA-bred street artist NervOne, as the capsule maintains the retailer’s ethos of accessible and fashion forward style from the people who know it best.

The collection is a reflection of his roots, remaining true to his Southern style with mix-and-match sets, bandana and tie-dye prints and acid washes. “Collaborating with boohooMAN is special because they just really are the first team that let me open my creative mindset and just bring my ideas to life,” says Quavo. The output ranges from mesh utility vests and fanny packs, print-heavy slides and socks to distressed denim, vibrant sweatsuits, chained sunglasses and matching face masks. “When I met the team they were young and represented the culture so I thought, ok, we can collaborate and do something special,” he says. “I’m happy for it to come around again. This time it’s better!”
