BEAVERTON, OREGON — Today Friday (April 4), American multinational corporation Nike, Inc. released Cleveland Brown‘s wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. newest shoe from his signature Nike line, dubbed the Air Max 720 OBJ Slip.

This sneaker comes in two colorways: “University Blue” and “Summit White.” A modified version of the Air Max 720 OBJ that replaces laces with a technical buckle system.

Apart from its bulbous Air Max 720 cushioning unit, the key piece of the 720 OBJ Slip is its crisscrossing fit system. This uses a duo of fabric straps, fed through an anchor in the throat before being secured by a combination of suede eyestays and plastic snaps. The rest of the design is similar to the original Air Max 720 OBJ, calling upon a layered upper that mixes suedes, leathers, synthetics and mesh.

Both the “University Blue” and the “Summit White” offer a mostly monochromatic palette. “University Blue” proffers a full blue upper with black accents on fit systems, heel tabs and branded embellishments. “Summit White” puts forth white, bone and sail tones, embellished with small pops of volt green and sport blue. Each also adds signature Odell graphics on the tongue to lock in the look.

The Nike Air Max 720 OBJ SlipUniversity Blue” and “Summit White” are priced at $180 USD each, and will both release on Nike GB come April 4.
