Tyra Banks Just Made The Ultimate Comeback By Covering ‘Sports Illustrated’

UNITED STATES — Former model, media maven, television personality and beauty mogul Tyra Banks just made the ultimate comeback by covering Sports Illustrated in a tiny itty-bitty yellow bikini.

For this issue, the Inglewood, CA – native was shot in the Bahamas by photographer Laretta Houston.

The 45-year-old was the first black woman to ever be on the cover of the magazine solo in 1997.

Even Banks can’t believe where the time has gone, telling ABC‘s GMA, “My first [cover] was 23 years ago, how crazy is that?!” This is Banks‘ third time on the cover.
