NEW YORKItalian footwear brand Sergio Rossi has signed a long-term lease with Thor Equities Group for 800 square feet of retail space at 680 Madison Avenue.

The ground-level space, which features 25 feet of frontage on Madison Avenue adjacent to Morgenthal Frederics, is the latest addition to the property after the recently announced leasing agreement between Thor Equities and Missoni.

We are pleased to welcome Sergio Rossi to 680 Madison Avenue, which has become the premier retail building on New York’s most upscale shopping corridor,” said Joseph Sitt, chairman of Thor Equities Group, in a release.

Sergio Rossi joins fellow tenants like Tom Ford and Ralph & Russo, with neighboring luxury brands including Christian Dior, Brunello Cucinelli, and Barneys New York.

Built in 1951 by the Astor Estate as a hotel, the property was later transformed into the Helmsley Carlton House before becoming the luxury residential and retail property now owned by Thor Equities.
