Anyhow, the Philly rapper (Meek Mill is from South Philly, but was raised in North Philly) was spotted wearing the same exact $590 Off-White Black Skull Mirror Hoodie with the matching $525 Off White Spray Stripes Coated Denim Jeans, that East wore back in December (see it here).
