After three years of standout collaborations with Saucony, Jae Tips is officially turning the page—announcing his next move with Nike.

The multi-hyphenate creative, also known for founding Savior Worldwide, revealed the news via Instagram. Posing in a varsity jacket adorned with both his label’s insignia and Nike branding, the moment signaled more than just a partnership—it marked a full-circle career milestone.

In the caption, Jae Tips reflected on the journey, writing: “New chapter: This one was destiny… I am the testament of 10,000 nights and 10,000 hours… not only did I prove the haters wrong, I proved myself right. This one is for my city.” The message underscores a narrative that’s always been central to his rise: persistence, self-belief, and hometown pride.

Since launching Savior Worldwide in 2019, Jae Tips has steadily built a cult following that extends beyond music—despite a catalog of 14 albums. His transition into footwear design reached new heights in 2023 when Saucony tapped him for the Grid Azura 2000 “Remember Those Who Fronted”. The release became an instant grail, commanding resale prices north of $1,000 and earning the duo the FN Achievement Award for Collaboration of the Year.

Together, Jae Tips and Saucony dropped multiple capsules that helped reposition the heritage brand within modern sneaker culture. Their most recent offering, the ProGrid Triumph 4 “Flowers Grow Uptown”, continued that momentum with a deeply personal, community-rooted narrative.

Now, all eyes are on what’s next with Nike. The timing aligns with the brand’s newly announced “Air Works” initiative—unveiled during Air Max Day—which invites designers from nine global cities to its headquarters to create original footwear concepts. With New York City among the selected locations, speculation is already building around Jae Tips potentially representing his hometown on a global stage.

If his past work is any indication, this next chapter won’t just be about sneakers—it’ll be about storytelling, identity, and pushing the culture forward.
