MM6 Maison Margiela and Salomon Unveil FW26 Collection

MM6 Maison Margiela and Salomon are extending their ongoing collaboration for Fall/Winter 2026, continuing a partnership that has brought together technical outdoor performance and unconventional luxury design since 2022. For the latest chapter, the two brands revisit earlier prototypes, reworking familiar designs and introducing new silhouettes across two separate releases.

The first drop puts the spotlight on the XT-MM6, which arrives in three updated colorways: a vibrant multicolor combination, tapioca and violet, and a deep urban green. Maintaining its distinctive trail-inspired aesthetic, the sneaker blends Salomon’s outdoor footwear expertise with MM6’s experimental approach to design.

Joining the lineup is the new MM6 CROSSDERBY, a hybrid silhouette that merges the traditional shape of a Derby shoe with the functionality of an outdoor sole. A glossy black leather upper creates a refined finish, while Salomon’s signature drawstring lacing system and technical sole bring performance-inspired details to the everyday design. The XT-15 Backpack also returns for the season, accompanied by a white rain cover featuring black branding.

The second release introduces the MM6 XT-BOOT, a reimagined design built around comfort, adaptability, and ease of wear. Its soft inner shoe wraps around the foot, while the outer structure takes inspiration from the construction of a puffer jacket. The versatile design can be worn open around the calf for a traditional boot-like appearance or cinched closer to the leg for a sock-inspired effect. The silhouette arrives in Vanilla Ice, Black, and Dusty Yellow.

Rounding out the second drop, the ACS PRO 3 receives two new color combinations. The first pairs Black with Green Gables for a darker, urban-inspired look, while the second combines Cosmic Sky, Heron, and Violet Tulip for a more expressive finish.

Across both releases, MM6 Maison Margiela and Salomon continue to explore the intersection of fashion, technical innovation, and everyday functionality. The collection builds on the brands’ shared design language, delivering footwear and accessories that balance experimental styling with practical outdoor-inspired features.

The MM6 Maison Margiela x Salomon Fall/Winter 2026 collection will launch in two installments, with Drop 1 arriving October 22 and Drop 2 following November 17. Both releases will be available through the brands’ respective e-commerce platforms, their stores, and select multi-brand retailers.
