Courtney A. Kemp has found a new television home. The creator behind the hit Power universe and Nemesis has signed a multi-year overall deal with Apple TV+.

Under the agreement, Kemp and her production company, End of Episode, will develop and produce television projects exclusively for the streaming platform. Apple TV+ will also receive a first-look option on film projects created by Kemp.

The deal arrives shortly after the debut of Nemesis on Netflix. The thriller, starring Y’lan Noel and Matthew Law, premiered as the platform’s No. 3 English-language series globally. While the series was produced under Kemp’s previous agreement with Netflix, she would still be able to continue working on future seasons if renewed.

I’m so grateful to Zack Van Amburg, Jamie Erlicht and Matt Cherniss for welcoming me to the Apple family,” Kemp said in a statement. “With their impeccable taste and strong support for their creators’ visions, Apple is the perfect place to develop my next projects.”

Kemp first launched Power in 2014 alongside Starz and Lionsgate, building it into one of the network’s most successful franchises. The universe has since expanded with multiple spinoffs, while the prequel series Power: Origins remains in development.

Before creating Power, Kemp worked as a writer and producer on series including The Good Wife, My Own Worst Enemy and The Bernie Mac Show.
