Supermodels Kate Moss and Emily Ratajkowski turn up the heat in Gucci’s latest campaign, aptly titled “Beauty and the Bag.” The striking visuals place the brand’s handbags front and center, with both women posing topless—using Gucci’s newest designs as the only layer between them and the lens.

Shot by iconic photography duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the campaign leans into a sleek, sensual aesthetic. Moss and Ratajkowski wear their hair parted down the middle, paired with smoky eyes and soft nude lips, allowing the accessories to command full attention.

Moss, 52, appears in black panties, holding a rich brown Borsetto bag across her torso. The structured style—available in medium and large—ranges from $2,600 to $3,450, reinforcing Gucci’s commitment to elevated everyday luxury.

Ratajkowski, 34, delivers her own take on understated glamour, styled in black slacks and pumps with gold heels. In one standout image, she shields her chest with the dark brown Giglio bag, a versatile design offered in small and large sizes, retailing between $1,850 and $3,600.

According to the brand, the campaign underscores “the essential role of the Gucci bag within the wardrobe,” positioning each piece as more than an accessory—it’s the focal point. By stripping styling down to its barest form, Gucci reframes the handbag as the ultimate statement.

Both Moss and Ratajkowski have an ongoing relationship with the house. Earlier this year, they walked for Gucci during Milan Fashion Week. Moss closed the show in a shimmering black floor-length gown with a daring backless silhouette, while Ratajkowski stunned in a crystal-embellished silver bodycon dress, styled with a sleek updo and a hint of undone edge.

With “Beauty and the Bag,” Gucci delivers a bold reminder: sometimes, the only thing you need to wear is the right bag.
