Beyoncé Knowles-Carter has added yet another milestone to her ever-expanding legacy. The global icon’s haircare brand, Cécred, has officially become the number one prestige haircare launch in Ulta Beauty’s history, cementing its place as a powerhouse in the beauty industry.

Ulta’s Chief Merchandising and Digital Officer, Lauren Brindley, underscored the significance of the achievement, noting that the retailer’s category growth is driven by “intentional curation” and a sharp focus on innovation, exclusivity, and strategic brand partnerships. “This includes the extraordinary launch of CÉCRED—now the number one prestige haircare launch in our history,” Brindley shared. “Its success reflects not only the power of the brand, but also the integrated approach our teams delivered across merchandising, salon education, store experience, and marketing.”

Launched in 2024, Cécred’s momentum reached new heights with its first major retail expansion on April 6, 2025, when the brand officially rolled out at Ulta locations nationwide and online. The move proved to be a game-changer.

The numbers speak volumes. Cécred’s Restoring Hair & Edge Drops reportedly generated $100 million in sales on Ulta’s site in 2025 alone, with a unit selling every 16 seconds. The brand’s expansive 24-piece collection—ranging from conditioners, treatment masks, and nourishing hair oils to elevated essentials like paddle brushes and wide-tooth combs—has quickly become a must-have, flying off Ulta’s digital shelves.
