New Balance continues to strengthen its presence in college football, adding another standout from the University of Notre Dame to its growing roster of athlete partners. Fighting Irish cornerback Leonard Moore has signed a Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) partnership with the Boston-based sportswear brand, joining teammates Jeremiyah Love and CJ Carr.

The partnership highlights New Balance’s continued investment in Notre Dame talent, bringing together one of college football’s rising defensive stars with a brand expanding its reach across sports and culture.

Moore has emerged as one of the most highly regarded defensive backs in college football. With the 2027 NFL Draft on the horizon, the Notre Dame junior is projected as a potential top-10 selection and is widely viewed as one of the premier cornerback prospects in his class. Some early draft projections have placed him as high as No. 3 overall.

On the field, Moore has continued to make his presence felt in the Fighting Irish secondary. Through mid-October of the 2026 season, he has recorded 10 solo tackles and five passes defended, demonstrating his ability to contribute in coverage while helping anchor Notre Dame’s defense.

With Moore joining Love and Carr in the New Balance athlete lineup, the brand is building a stronger connection with one of college football’s most recognizable programs. The move also reflects the growing role of NIL partnerships in allowing elite college athletes to develop their personal brands before making the jump to the professional level.
