Rich Paul’s Klutch Athletics x New Balance AC Runner Drops All-Star Weekend

Rich Paul is officially bringing Klutch Athletics deeper into the New Balance universe. Just ahead of the 2026 NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles, Paul shared a first look at the Klutch Athletics x New Balance AC Runner, marking the very first collaboration on the brand-new silhouette.
The AC Runner quietly launched on New Year’s Day 2026, but this Klutch-backed iteration elevates the model with a distinct identity rooted in Paul’s athlete-first philosophy. The release serves as a bridge between the elevated, fashion-forward energy of his “Rich Paul” New Balance collaborations and the performance-driven accessibility that defines Klutch Athletics.
Visually, the sneaker pulls away from the bold colorways seen at launch in favor of Klutch Athletics’ signature monochrome aesthetic. The upper arrives in a thick black technical mesh, layered with ghostly white graphic overlays that ripple across the sides in a wave-like, almost topographical pattern. Subtle but intentional branding hits land throughout, including the Klutch “K” logo on the tongue and a streamlined New Balance “N” on the vamp—clean, modern, and unmistakably athlete-approved.
Performance-wise, the AC Runner is built for versatility rather than marathon miles. The Fresh Foam X midsole is split into three different densities, designed to support everything from explosive training sessions to steady conditioning work. Integrated guidance rails enhance lateral stability, while the sculpted midsole geometry delivers a responsive, controlled ride—ideal for gym floors, courtside movement, and everyday wear.
With NBA All-Star Weekend as its backdrop, the Klutch Athletics x New Balance AC Runner feels right on time—blending training functionality with a refined, all-black aesthetic that fits seamlessly into both performance and lifestyle rotations.
